Konadu was a quick, scrappy warrior who threw stinging punches and earned a career record of 41-5-1 with 32 knockouts; During his career, he won the WBA Bantamweight Championship of the World, the WBC Super Flyweight Championship of the World, the WBC International Super Flyweight Championship, the WBC FECARBOX Bantamweight Championship and the Flyweight Championship of the British Empire (Commonwealth)

Nana defeated such men as Gilberto Roman, Hector Acero Sanchez, Daorung Chuvatana, Veeraphol Sahaprom, Abraham Torres, Victor Rabanales, Cesar Polanco and Juan Polo Perez
