Paul Fujii KO 4 Willie Quatour, Tokyo. Retains World Super Lightweight Title.
1981: Larry Holmes KO 11 Renaldo Snipes, Pittsburgh. Retains WBC Heavyweight Title. Holmes again shows his grit by getting up from a knockdown in the 7th and surviving the remainder of the round.
Hilario Zapata KO 10 Netmoi S. Vorasingh, Korat, Thailand. Retains WBC Junior Flyweight Title.
